Then we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for you! For our client Medius we are looking for a strong achiever to drive sales and market development in the Norwegian market, with focus on MediusFlow solutions towards SMB and enterprise customers.

Medius solutions enables companies to automate and benchmark its invoice automation processes. This is to enable control, efficiency and cost savings, and you will be transforming client’s business needs into Medius business opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and total customer experience. Your tasks also include:

Your tasks
• Carry MediusFlow sales quota for the assigned partner accounts
• Plan and execute overall hunt activities to win new customers and reach targets
• Focus on consultative selling by face-to-face relationship building and demand generation
• Structured pipeline management and planning in cooperation with marketing
• Identify customer needs and requirements
• Develop relationships with customers and key partners

You will be working from the office located in central part of Oslo. The role consists of both partner sales and new client sales and you will be given leads from telemarketing. Furthermore, through your network and networking activities it’s expected that you generate potential clients. To succeed and fulfill the position at Medius you need to possess the following:

Qualifications and personality
• Proven sales experience from same or similar business area
• Competitive with strong presentation and interactive skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Experience of consultative selling
• An energetic team player and “driving to results”-personality
